This website is intended to be your “go to” for all information pertaining to the functioning and protocol of the day-to-day running of Wedge Wood.
Wedge Wood at the Strand COA is a condominium neighborhood created by Jack Parker Construction Inc. in 2000. It consists of 19 two-story buildings comprising 152 residences in the prestigious gated North Naples community of The Strand. The buildings are located along Sand Wedge Ln., providing each residence a lush tropical setting with beautiful views of the golf courses, lakes, and fountains surrounding Wedge Wood. A well-appointed club house and outdoor heated pool allow for leisure times, meeting spaces, and a multitude of social activities. Wedge Wood is a very well-maintained and financially sound neighborhood governed by a Board of Directors and managed by Seacrest Southwest Property Management Company.
To stay “In the Know” and get to know your neighbors better, we encourage you to visit this website often, attend the monthly Board Meetings, participate in our monthly social activities, and sign up for committees.
